The role

- Manage a portfolio of Commercial and Residential Strata Claims
- Ensure claims are managed efficiently, compliantly, and within SLA
- Handle claims within authority limit and manage stakeholder relationships

About you

- 1-2+ years’ Property/Strata/Home and Contents claims experience
- Strong policy interpretation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage workloads, people, and stakeholders
- Someone who shows initiative and loves working in a team
