About the Role

As a Casual Agency RN or EN, you'll provide protected, high-quality, person-centred care to residents across a range of aged care facilities.

You'll work within your scope of practice, support residents with their clinical and personal care needs, collaborate with care teams, maintain accurate documentation, administer medications where appropriate, and adapt confidently to different facilities and care environments.

About You





- Current AHPRA registration as an RN or EN
- Recent experience in aged care
- Strong clinical assessment, communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence working independently and adapting quickly to different facilities
- A genuine commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality resident care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary care team
- Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Current NDIS check
- Up-to-date immunisation records in line with healthcare requirements
- Full Australian working rights
