What You'll Be Doing

- Handle crockery, cutlery, and cookware with care — ensuring everything is spotless and ready for service.
n
- Keep the kitchen and equipment clean, sanitised, and operating efficiently.
n
- Safely transport and store ingredients while following food safety procedures.
n




- Maintain top hygiene standards and adhere to HACCP guidelines.
n
- Support the chefs and collaborate across the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
n

What We're Looking For

- A can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.
n
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
n
- Excellent personal presentation and hygiene standards.
n
- Physical stamina – capable of lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 20kg.
n
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
