- Contribute to a safe, respectful and supportive living environment for residents.

Requirements

- Relevant qualification in Community Services, Human Services, Social Work or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting people experiencing homelessness, mental ill-health, trauma, alcohol and other drug concerns, or other complex support needs.

- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills, including the ability to de-escalate challenging situations.
- Understanding of trauma-informed, recovery-oriented and person-centred practice.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and with external service providers.
- Sound administration, reporting and record-keeping skills.
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current Driver Licence with no restrictions

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
