Our client is a global engineering and technology solutions provider supporting some of the world's most complex and mission-critical facilities.

Due to continued growth across the digital infrastructure sector, they are seeking a commercially focused Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of their presence within the Data Centre market across Australia and New Zealand.

n

This role will be responsible for developing strategic relationships across owners, operators, developers, consultants, contractors, and investment groups involved in the rapidly evolving digital infrastructure landscape.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Develop and execute a market growth strategy focused on the Data Centre sector.
n
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the project lifecycle, from planning and design through to operations.
n
- Identify and convert recent business opportunities within hyperscale, colocation, cloud, and mission-critical environments.
n
- Engage with end users, consultants, engineering firms, and contractors to position technical solutions that improve operational performance and sustainability outcomes.
n
- Create and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across both existing and prospective clients.
n
- Work closely with internal technical and operational teams to develop commercial proposals and long-term customer partnerships.
n
- Monitor market activity, project pipelines, emerging technologies, and competitor movements.
n
- Represent the organisation at industry events,



conferences, and networking forums.
n

About You

n

n
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or technical sales.
n
- Existing relationships within the Data Centre, Critical Infrastructure, Industrial, Building Services, or Engineering sectors.
n
- Expertise with Water Treatment, Liquid Cooling, Cooling Technologies are highly regarded.
n
- Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence decision-makers.
n
- Experience managing long sales cycles and complex solution-driven opportunities.
n
- Commercially astute with a consultative approach to business development.
n
- Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a highly autonomous environment.
