A well-regarded construction contractor based in the Sutherland Shire is looking for an Estimator to join their growing team. They work across commercial and government projects including education, defence, fitout, refurbishment, and infrastructure. The role is open to candidates across all experience levels and the salary will reflect what you bring.

The Role:

Preparing cost estimates, tenders, and bid submissions across commercial and government projects

Conducting takeoffs and pricing across a range of project types

Reviewing drawings, specifications, and scopes of work

Engaging with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing

Supporting project teams through the pre-construction phase

About You:

Experience in estimating within commercial construction or fitout

Comfortable pricing across a range of project types and contract structures





Robust attention to detail and confident working to tender deadlines

Junior, mid, or senior level considered

Based in Sydney, ideally on the south side

What's on Offer:

$90,000 – $135,000 + super, with more on the table for the right candidate
