Role Description

We seek a Senior High Voltage Engineer to join our team full-time on-site at O'Brien Electrical Engineering and Contractors in Ballarat. In this role, you will:

- Troubleshoot complex electrical systems.
n
- Design and implement Primary circuits and Protection systems.
n
- Lead commissioning, maintenance, and fault response testing and analysis of results.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Troubleshooting fault analysis using protection relay software and test results
n
- Experience in High Voltage primary design
n
- Experience in protection and earth system design using software and test results
n
- Knowledge of onsite testing, using secondary & primary injection test sets
n
- Robust problem-solving abilities
n
- Excellent communication. collaboration and leadership skills
n
- Project supervision
n
- Balance of plant maintenance experience
n
- Key Client Management
n
- Business Development & Continuous Improvement Mindset
n
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
n
- Experience in High Voltage project estimation
