Fetch Mining Services – the leading supplier of blue‐collar operators and mobile maintenance staff in WA – is urgently seeking production dozer operators for a number of gold, iron ore, mineral sands, lithium, magnetite and copper mines across the Pilbara, Goldfields, Midwest, South West and NT, commencing ASAP.

Available Roles

n

n
- Dump Truck Operator – $55 – $60 per Hour (Load and Haul – 777, 785, 789, 793s)
n
- Grader Operator – $60 – $65 per Hour
n
- Dozer Operator – $60 – $70 per Hour (Tip heads, feeding DMU, drill prep, clearing, stockpile management)
n
- Excavator Operator – $68 – $80 per Hour (Production Loading – 1200 / 1900 / 2600 / 3600)
n
- All Rounder Operator – $65 – $72 per Hour (Minimum 2 of: Dozer, Grader, Loader)
n
- Supervisor 2/1 Roster – 220k + Super (must have S26)
n

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

n

n
- Minimum 12 months of experience as a production operator on the above machinery.
n
- Police clearance not required on these projects – must be reliable and a good communicator.
n




- Site‐based experience essential.
n
- Experience in a quick‐paced high‐volume role.
n
- Ability to work well with others and have a good attitude.
n
- Current driver's licence.
n
- Must be able to pass an employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
n
- Willingness to learn and complete online inductions.
n
- Provide two recent contactable references.
n
- Full Australian working rights – no sponsorship.
n
- Availability to commence ASAP.
