Located at the heart of Queensland's vibrant Sunshine Coast, the Sunshine Coast Grammar School (Grammar) is a leading independent, Christian coeducational school offering excellence in contemporary education from Prep to Year Twelve.
We are currently inviting applications for an experienced Head of Pathways and Partnerships to oversee all aspects of vocational education and training, career planning and tertiary opportunities.
This is a middle leadership position commencing in Term 1 2027, as a full time contract of up to 5 years.
About the Role
The Head of Pathways and Partnerships is a member of the middle management team in the Secondary School. They should be an example of excellence in curriculum delivery, assessment and management.
The Head of Pathways and Partnerships models best practice and innovation in the development of all aspects of vocational education and training, career planning and tertiary opportunities.
Desired Skills and Experience
The Head of Pathways and Partnerships has a wide-ranging view of how opportunities (VET, tertiary, traineeships as examples) can contribute to the holistic development of students. This role will ensure that students are exposed to quality curriculum content and practices in their area,
whilst maintaining the ethos of the School, as articulated by the PMSA.
This role requires excellent networking to build solid external partnerships in industry, with tertiary institutions and other providers that can assist students to achieve exceptional outcomes.
