Essential Skills and Experience:
n
Relevant work experience is highly advantageous.
n
Knowledge and understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
n
Current Working with Children check, First-Aid Certificate, emergency Asthma management and Anaphylaxis training.
n
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
n
Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high-quality care.
n
Demonstrated ability to co-operatively contribute to and support a team environment and to work flexibly, both within rooms and according to the needs of the Centre.
n
A thorough knowledge of children's development and ability to observe, plan, implement and evaluate developmentally appropriate children's programs.
