Randstad HR Partners is seeking an experienced Safety and People Risk Manager to join its People team on a national platform. This role balances advisory work with hands-on delivery across the business to improve WHS, risk governance, and compliance.

Reporting to the Head of People Risk and Compliance, you will collaborate with Partners and senior leaders to translate legislation into practical, risk-based guidance and build a resilient risk culture.
