Your Role & Responsibilities:
n As a Maintenance Fitter, you'll play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

n

n
- Safety & Compliance - Promoting a safe working setting, following lock-out/tag-out procedures, and contributing to safety initiatives.
n
- Preventative Maintenance - Carrying out routine inspections and addressing potential risks before they impact production.
n
- Equipment Repairs & Troubleshooting - Diagnosing issues, minimising downtime, and assisting with new equipment installations.
n
- Team Collaboration - Working closely with colleagues, mentoring apprentices, and driving continuous improvement.
n

What We're Looking For:
n A solid mechanical background with experience in manufacturing
n Familiarity with pneumatic systems
n Proficiency in MIG/TIG/Stick welding and basic machining




n A current forklift licence
n The ability to work independently and as part of a team
