As a Consultant Paediatrician, You Will

n

- Provide specialist paediatric care across inpatient and outpatient settings
n
- Manage acute and complex paediatric presentations
n
- Participate in newborn and neonatal services where applicable
n
- Conduct specialist outpatient clinics
n
- Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
n
- Supervise and mentor registrars, junior doctors, and medical students
n
- Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement, and service development initiatives
n
- Participate in on-call and rostered consultant duties
n

Requirements Applicants Should Possess

- Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in Paediatrics, or equivalent recognised specialist qualification
n
- Eligibility for Specialist Registration with AHPRA
n
- Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
n
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred paediatric care

- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
