About The Company

They specialise in surgical instruments, sterilisation baskets, containers, and medical imaging, offering a comprehensive product range tailored to the needs of operating theatres and sterilising services departments.
About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to drive sales growth and develop strategic relationships across hospitals, operating theatres, sterile services departments, and procurement teams throughout Northern New South Wales.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and growing the surgical product portfolio across assigned territory
- Building relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, CSSD teams, and procurement stakeholders
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities within hospital networks
- Supporting product evaluations, presentations, and clinical demonstrations
- Managing key accounts and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Supporting tender submissions and contract opportunities where required
- Developing territory plans, forecasts, and sales strategies
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 5 years sales experience within healthcare, medical devices, or related industries
- Experience selling into operating theatres and hospital environments
- Strong understanding of CSSD and hospital procurement processes
- Ability to build relationships with key clinical and commercial stakeholders
- Strong business development and territory management capability
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of NSW Health tender processes (highly regarded)
Relevant qualifications in Science, Business, Nursing, or a related discipline.
