About the role
As the Showroom Manager, you will lead the performance, presentation and client experience of the Newstead showroom whist developing a high - performing and cooperative team.
Lead coach and develop an experienced team of team of highly experienced Showroom Consultants to ensure they reflect the luxury and design that is Natuzzi Italia.
Drive Showroom sales, conversions, KPIs, and overall commercial performance.
Foster and nurture trade and retail clients and develop new opportunities for one of the world's most recognised luxury furniture brands.
Deliver a sophisticated, design led client experience from initial consultation through to after sales and installation
Assisting clients with furniture selections, finishes, and customized configurations utilizing visual layouts and design solutions with state of the art technology.
Maintain showroom presentation and visual merchandising to demonstrate and immerse clients in the Natuzzi Italia experience
About you
- Passionate about furniture and interior design with a proven track record in Showroom Management including sales and conversions.
- A genuine passion for interior design, furniture, or architecture
- A background or qualification in Interior Design or related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive under KPI's to increase Showroom profitability.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
