Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Courier Driver to join the FedEx team in a full-time position. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, providing exceptional customer service and being part of a global organisation.

In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient collection and delivery of parcels while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Collect and deliver parcels safely and efficiently.
n
- Follow planned delivery routes and meet delivery timeframes.
n
- Provide qualified and friendly customer service.
n
- Complete electronic scanning and delivery documentation accurately.
n
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
n
- Load and unload parcels safely using correct manual handling techniques.
n
- Comply with all road rules, company procedures and workplace safety requirements.

Skills & Experience

n

To be considered for this role, you will have:

n

n
- Current MR Driver's Licence (or higher).
n
- Forklift Licence (desirable)
n
- Safe driving history.
n
- Previous experience in a courier, delivery, transport or logistics role (preferred).
n
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
n




- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
n
- Good level of physical fitness with the ability to lift and move parcels.
n
- A reliable attitude and strong commitment to workplace safety.
n
