We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join ourNeverfailFinance team.

Reporting to the Head ofNeverfailFinance,you'llpartner closely with Supply Chain leaders toprovidetrusted financial advice, commercial insights and decision support that drives business performance. This role will play a key part in helpingNeverfaildeliver against its strategic priorities through robust financial planning,analysisand reporting.

You'llwork across budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, capitalplanningand long-range planning, while supporting business leaders toidentifyopportunities, manage risk and improve operational performance.

full-time permanent role based in North Sydney,NSW or Heatherton, VIC.

Key Responsibilitiesn

- Partner with Supply Chain leaders toprovidetrusted financial advice, commercialinsightsand decision support.
n
- Deliveraccurateandtimelyfinancial reporting, budgeting,forecastingand long-range planning activities.
n
- Analyse business performance and provide recommendations that optimise profitability and operational outcomes.
n
- Support capital investment planning through robust financial analysis and business case development.
n
- Identifyrisks and opportunities andprovideactionable insights to support decision-making.
n
- Partner with the business on strategic initiatives and transformation projects.
n
- Drive continuous improvement across financial processes,reportingand performance management.
n
- Influence business decisions through clear communication of financial insights and recommendations.
n




- Build strong relationships across Finance, Supply Chain and the widerNeverfailleadership team.
n
- Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative and commercially focused team culture.

About Youn

You are a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with the business to turn data into action. You build trusted relationships quickly, communicate confidently with stakeholders and have a proactive approach to solving problems and driving performance.

In addition, you will have:

- Experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or Financial Planning & Analysis.
n
- Strong financial modelling,budgetingand forecasting capability.
n
- Ability to translate complex financial information into meaningful business insights.
n
- Proven experience partnering with operational leaders to influence outcomes.
n
- Strong analytical,problem-solvingand decision-making skills.
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
n
- CA,CPAor equivalent qualificationrequired.
n
- Advanced Excel skills with Power BI and ERP system experience desirable.
