Our Client

As an established brokerage, our client has a solid focus on client service and technical know-how. They are seeking to appoint a Claims Advocate to deal empathetically and efficiently with a portfolio of property claims.

The Role

Duties:

- Maintaining best practice claims handling performance both in terms of optimal claims outcomes and customer service.
- Creating Service Differentiation and market leading service delivery.
- Managing a portfolio of property claims.

Your experience:





- Demonstrated experience managing property damage claims from lodgement to finalisation.
- Understanding and relationship building with partners and other stakeholders.
- Liaising with Insurers Builders, Engineers, Assessors, Brokers, Strata Managers, and various internal stakeholders, to achieve the agreed KPIs and service standards.
- Ability in the interpretation and application of policy wordings
- Experience with claim negotiations, complaint resolution and interpersonal flexibility is a necessity.
- Experience in reporting and metrics to ensure service delivery
- Experience and confidence with process and procedural documentation, review, and revising as required.
- Highly effective communicator (written, verbal, presentation, training).
