Job Description

Responsibilities

n

- Formulate, review and update corporate credit strategies and policies according to market conditions, regulatory requirements and the standards of the bank
n
- Handle regular/ad-hoc reporting and bank-wide projects assigned by management
n
- Review and update the current guidelines / regulations / policies released by the regulatory bodies and Head Office applicable to the Bank's credit risk management
n
- Coordinate responses and follow-up actions of the recommendations by the auditors and regulatory bodies and conduct policy amendments related to credit risk management
n

Job requirements:

n
- University degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines
n
- Over 4 years' related working experience in the banking industry
n
- Good knowledge of general credit products,



retail / commercial lending principles and credit approval process as well as awareness of credit risk issues and market practice
n
- Experience in formulating credit policies
n
- Proactive, detailed-oriented, good analytical and communication skills
n

Candidate with less experience can be considered for the position "Manager"
