Earlyhood Executive are seeking a passionate, organised and inspiring Nominated Supervisor to lead our welcoming Out of School Hours Care (OOSH) service located on the grounds of a well-established local primary school near Wilberforce (Hawkesbury River)
This is a fantastic opportunity to build strong relationships with children, families, educators and the school community while leading a high-quality service where children thrive.
About the Role
As the Nominated Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework while creating engaging, child-led programs that inspire children before school, after school and during vacation care.
You will lead a dedicated team, foster a positive workplace culture and ensure the service delivers exceptional care and meaningful experiences for every child.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the OOSH service.
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and National Law.
- Develop engaging, child-led programs aligned with My Time, Our Place V2.0.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, educators and the school community.
- Mentor, support and inspire your team.
- Manage rosters, staffing and day-to-day administration.
- Oversee enrolments, occupancy and family engagement.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment.
- Prepare for Assessment and Rating and drive continuous quality improvement.
- Manage budgets,
resources and service operations.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous experience leading an OOSH or School Age Care service.
- Experience as a Nominated Supervisor or Responsible Person.
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- A genuine passion for creating exceptional experiences for school-aged children.
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
- Confidence managing compliance, documentation and service operations.
Essential Requirements
- Diploma in School Age Education and Care, Children's Services or equivalent (or higher qualification recognised by ACECQA).
- Current NSW Working With Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
- Child Protection Training.
- Current driver's licence (preferred).
