Join the Sydney Pest Crew – Pest Control Technicians & Trainees Wanted!
We’re a fast-growing, family-run pest control company run by two brothers, servicing Sydney-wide across residential, commercial, industrial and strata/real estate properties. We have multiple positions available. Roles may be offered as:
- Permanent full-time, or
- 6–8 month contract (with potential extension or permanent placement based on performance)
The role type will be determined during the recruitment process. Whether you’re an experienced pest/termite technician or looking to start a career in the industry, we provide full training for trainees.

? We’re looking for people who:
- Hold a current driver’s licence
- Have a strong work ethic & positive “can-do” attitude.
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Are reasonably fit and willing to work hands-on
- Have pest control/termite experience (preferred, not essential)
- OR are eager to learn the trade (we’ll train you!)
? Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Carry out pest control treatments & inspections
- Deliver great customer service with confidence
- Maintain a clean, professional work vehicle & equipment
- Follow safe work practices and training procedures
