We pride ourselves on being a supportive, collaborative, and clinician-led team that genuinely values clinical autonomy, flexibility, and teamwork.With the rollout of the new Aged Care Support at Home model, we are expanding our senior physiotherapy capacity across Sydney and are seeking experienced physiotherapists to join us on a subcontractor basis.

The OpportunityThis is an add-on subcontractor role, ideal for senior physiotherapists who:

- Already have a client base or other work
- Want flexible, community-based hours
- Prefer autonomy with strong backend support

You’ll be delivering in-home physiotherapy services to older Australians under the Support at Home program.

What We’re Looking For

- AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience, ideally in aged care or community settings
- Experience or strong understanding of aged care funding models (CHSP / HCP / Support at Home preferred)
- ABN, professional indemnity insurance, and current police check




- Reliable vehicle and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and a collaborative mindset

Job Type: Subcontract Pay: Up to $110.00 per hour
