We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated junior to mid-level physiotherapist to join our supportive and dynamic team on a permanent part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a physiotherapist with an interest in clinical exercise / reformer, to build confidence and clinical skills in a nurturing environment, with structured mentoring provided by experienced physiotherapists.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care & Development
- Provide quality physiotherapy care for an allocated client caseload under supervision and support.
- Participate in physiotherapy assessment, exercise therapy planning, and delivery for individual clients and group sessions.
- Lead or assist in group-based exercise classes, including mat or reformer Pilates (training provided if required).
- Engage in regular mentoring sessions and ongoing professional development to build clinical competence.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
- Develop understanding of best practice guidelines as per the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA).
Mentoring & Support
- Participate in structured mentoring sessions focused on clinical reasoning, hands-on techniques, and professional development.
- Attend regular supervision meetings and in-service training.
Information Management
- Complete client documentation in line with professional and organisational standards.
- Utilise electronic health record systems (Cliniko and MindBody Online)
for record-keeping and communication.
Communication & Teamwork
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to support positive outcomes.
- Foster respectful and professional relationships with team members across disciplines.
- Be open to feedback and proactive in learning and development.
Quality and Growth
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and professional excellence.

- Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Passion for learning, teamwork, and delivering quality care.
- Willingness to lead or assist in exercise-based group sessions (training/mentoring provided).
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Training in reformer pilates is a plus, but not essential.

- Permanent part-time employment with flexible hours. 1 to 6 sessions per week. Sessions available are Tuesday AM or PM, Wednesday AM or PM, Thursday PM and/or Saturday AM.
