Home Delivery Service (HDS) – Clayton South & Dandenong, VIC Home Delivery Service (HDS) is one of Australia’s fastest-growing logistics providers, supporting major retail and consumer brands nationwide. As our Victorian operations continue to expand, we’re growing our warehouse team and looking for a reliable High Reach Forklift Operator and Pick Packer to join us during an exciting period of growth and transition.

The Opportunity:

As a Warehouse Picker/Packer & Forklift Operators, you’ll be responsible for accurately picking, packing and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced distribution environment. You’ll be working with modern systems and equipment in a clean, well-organised facility.

Your responsibilities will include

Pick Packers at Dandenong

- Ability to work Monday to Friday 7:30am – 3:30pm
- Ability to pick and handle alcohol
- Picking and packing orders accurately
- Preparing orders for dispatch
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work setting
- Working to daily KPIs while maintaining quality standards
- Supporting team members and contributing to a positive culture

Forklift Operator at Clayton
- Ability to work Monday to Friday 7:30am – 3:30pm
- Capable of handle 1 tonne pallets at height
- Operating high reach forklifts safely and efficiently
- Putaways, replenishment, and stock movements
- Supporting stocktakes, quality checks,



and inventory accuracy
- Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
- Working closely with the team to maintain workflow and meet targets

You’ll Bring:

- Previous warehouse experience preferred (but not essential)

- Strong attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to be on your feet

- Reliable with strong attendance
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Forklift licence (LF) advantageous but not required
