Company Description CSK Services Pty Ltd is a growing civil construction company delivering major infrastructure projects across Sydney and Regional NSW.

We specialise in piling, earthworks and heavy plant operations, working alongside Australia's leading Tier 1 contractors. Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced Piling Rig Operators to join our expanding team.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Piling Rig Operator role based in Regional NSW.

The Piling Rig

Operator will safely operate piling rigs and related heavy equipment to install foundations for civil and infrastructure projects. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and positioning rigs, performing drilling operations to specified depths and alignments, monitoring equipment performance, and coordinating with site supervisors and other crew members to meet project requirements. The role also involves conducting routine equipment checks, assisting with basic maintenance, managing tubing and pipeline installation associated with piling work, and adhering to all site safety procedures and environmental regulations. The operator will be expected to complete job documentation, follow engineering plans,



and contribute to a productive and safe work environment.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience operating piling rigs and other heavy equipment, with robust skills in Heavy Equipment handling and safe site operations.
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, including routine inspections, fault identification, and basic servicing of piling and drilling machinery.
- Practical knowledge of Drilling techniques and procedures used in civil and infrastructure piling works.
- Valid relevant plant operator tickets and licenses (Dogman, SOA, VOC, Pile safe rig operator course desired) current driver’s license - HR preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction site safety standards and ability to follow safe work method statements and risk assessments.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, project specifications, and site instructions.
- Effective communication skills, reliability, and ability to work collaboratively with supervisors, engineers, and crew members.
- Previous experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects; experience in piling or foundation works essential.
