Job Title: Platform Consultant (MAWM)

Job Purpose

Primary purpose of the role – briefly describe in one or two sentences why the job exists:

The main purpose of this position is to provide ongoing MAWM (Manhattan Active WMS) functional and technical expertise for Contract Logistics projects in APAC. The role assists withsolution design, configuration / functional expertise, testing, training and post go live support, working in collaboration with delivery teams consisting of IT Project Managers, Business Analysts, operational process experts, customers and external partners.

This position will be part of the APAC IT Delivery Team.

Key Accountabilities

Main areas of focus and accountability of the role – detail in order of importance the main areas of accountability of the role:

MAWM solution design & requirements definition – Assist Project Product Leads with solution design by capturing requirements and translating validated requirements into viable MAWM configurations, all the while challenging designs for adherence to WMS& industry best practice.

Functional Expertise – Act as a MAWM subject matter expert within project teams, confidently challenging and guiding solution decisions in accordance with CE standards and WMS best practices.

MAWM configuration and implementation – Configure Manhattan Active WMS to support agreed operational workflows, working closely with IT Project Managers, Business Analysts, Process and product experts.

Documentation and knowledge transfer – Produce high-quality solution design, configuration, testing, cutover and support documentation, ensuring effective handover to operations and support teams in line with CE standards.

Testing,



cutover and quality assurance – Prepare and support functional testing, SIT, UAT, cutover planning, go-live execution and hypercare, ensuring the configured solution meets documented requirements and operates effectively in the warehouse.

Vendor and partner collaboration – Work with Manhattan vendor consultants, external integrators and internal technical teams to resolve design gaps, troubleshoot and validate configuration options,

Connected warehouseapplications – Support the functional design and implementation of connected warehouse applications such as TMS, automation interfaces, reporting, labelling tools, invoicing, where these form part of the

MAWM solution landscape.

Key Working Relationships The most significant and most common working relationships relating to the role. Detail the nature of the relationship and the frequency of the interaction:

Internal Technical Teams(WMS / Integration): Daily interaction

- Technical design meetings and solution brainstorming sessions.
- System testing and debugging collaboration.
- Post-go-live support handovers.

Project Managers: Daily interaction

- Collaborate with ZDS project manager where required together with IT Project Manager
- Participate in Stakeholder meetings andformulate progress reports if required.




- Proactively highlight Risks and escalate issue to project managers

APAC Superusers, Customers, Operations and Project Delivery teams: Daily interaction

- Work closely with CE Superusers, operations and product experts on process design and solution
- Daily interaction with the IT Project Delivery team on project implementations
- Participate in System Integration testing (SIT) & User acceptance testing (UAT)
- Participate in Cutover, Go live Support, Hypercare activities

Education

- Bachelor in Logistics and/or in Information Technology
- Any certification in OMS / WMS solutions

Qualifications

- Any certifications in Project Management

Experience

- 5+ years hands-on experience implementing Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM), including, configuration, testing, cutover and post-go-live support
- Solid logistics/supply chain knowledge
- Experience in 3PL, contract logistics or complex warehousing environments
- Experience providing stakeholder training
- Experience with Integration between systems
- Warehouse operational exposure
- Demonstrable experience migrating warehouse operations from legacy WMS platforms to a new WMS solution

Specialist Knowledge & Skills

- Expert knowledge of Manhattan Active WMS configuration and transaction execution
- Ability todistinguish standard configuration from unnecessary customisation and guide projects toward scalable WMS best practice
- Strong Documentation skills
- Paper mapping experience in

Integration activities

- Basic IT project management skills
- Experience integrating with WAWM and WCS
- Experience with MAWM reporting and label generation coding.
