Responsibilities

- We are seeking either:
n n
- An experienced Head of Faculty with a proven track record of leading successful change in Mathematics education, or
n
- An accomplished teacher with strong results in improving student learning outcomes who is now ready to step into faculty leadership.
n

- Model visionary, servant-hearted leadership aligned with the College's Christian ethos.
n




- Provide pedagogical direction, data-informed strategies, and coaching to build staff capacity.
n
- Lead curriculum design, assessment moderation, and academic culture to lift student outcomes.
n
- Join a highly relational team of Christian professionals shaping young lives for God's purposes.
