Duties and Responsibilities of this role will include:
n

- Nursing duties for elderly clients to improve their wellbeing and healthcare at home
n
- Report any changes in a client's behaviour or health/wellbeing
n
- Controls, prepares, and administers treatments and medications with knowledge of purpose and adverse effects of the nursing care provided
n
- Utilize professional assessment skills to identify physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of patients, and is able to develop a care plan to meet these needs in a multi-disciplinary approach
n
- Potential for a full-time schedule for the right applicants
n
- Ongoing professional development and training to help you further your career
n
- Work as part of a fun and dependable team
n
- Diploma in Nurse (Essential)
n
- Excellent communication and listening skills
n
- Has a valid Police Check (Essential)
n
- Has a valid NDIS Worker's Check (Essential)
n
- Driver's Licence
n
- Willing to do shifts in the Punchbowl area
n
