Job Description

Chandler Macleod is seeking Voice Pickers to join our client in Hazelmere. In this role, you will use a voice-directed picking system to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. This is a fast-paced setting where attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal instructions are essential.

Shift Times: 6.00am-2.00pm OR 2.00pm-10:00pm Monday to Friday with additional overtime

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Use a voice-picking headset to receive instructions for order selection.
n
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to voice instructions.
n
- Pack and prepare products for shipping, ensuring quality and accuracy.
n
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or carts as needed.
n
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
n
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
n
- Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy targets.
n

Requirements

n

n
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus.
n




- Ability to work with voice-directed systems (training provided).
n
- Must be able to lift 20kg repetitively and stand/walk for extended periods.
n
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
n
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
n
- Must be available for minimum three shifts per week
