COORDINARE is recruiting Health Coordination Consultants to drive stakeholder engagement and health system improvements in the South Eastern NSW region. The role focuses on building meaningful relationships with GPs and health partners to implement strategies for better patient journeys.
The successful candidate will work part-time (3 days/week, 0.6 FTE) with hybrid arrangements and a pro-rata remuneration of $103,499 per year full-time, plus superannuation and extra benefits.
