Base pay range: A$139,860.00/yr - A$149,485.00/yr

The Role

n

n
- Lead teams responsible for ensuring industrial relations are managed, innovative HR systems are implemented, developed and maintained and pay is delivered on time.
n
- Manage production of a range of workforce management information.
n




- Provide strategic advice on employment matters.
n
- Manage HR systems contracts.
n
- Coach and mentor team members.
n
- Participate in operational planning.
n
