Key Responsibilities

- Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions across speech, language, swallowing, and social communication
n
- Develop personalised therapy programs for clients of all ages
n
- Provide AAC recommendations and implement communication strategies
n
- Collaborate with families, support coordinators, and other health professionals
n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Founded by three highly experienced physiotherapists, Timeless Healthcare Pty Ltd was established in response to a shared frustration with inconsistent and underwhelming care outcomes across the NDIS and aged care sectors. All founders had worked across hospital systems, private clinics, aged care, and community disability sectors. They saw a growing divide between clinical excellence and client accessibility - especially among the most vulnerable. While private clinics often delivered top‐tier care, it was simply out of reach for many due to logistical, financial, or systemic barriers. So, they asked themselves: "What if we brought the clinic to the client?"
