We're seeking a Payroll Officer to join a busy and collaborative team on a part-time basis (4 days per week) - starting immediately. This is an initial 8 week temporary contract with potential to extend or go longer term for the right person.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven end-to-end payroll experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting and is looking to further develop their skills within Payroll.

The Role
n
Reporting into an experienced payroll leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
n
Your Responsibilities Will Include
n

- End-to-end payroll processing
n
- Interpreting awards, agreements and payroll legislation
n
- Managing payroll queries and stakeholder relationships
n
- Maintaining employee records and payroll data
n
- Payroll reconciliations and reporting
n
- Supporting payroll projects and process improvements
n
- Dealing with multiple payroll cycles (weekly, fortnightly and/or monthly)
n

About You

To Be Successful, You'll Have

- Experience with end-to-end payroll management in a
n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
n
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Experience working in a complex payroll environment with multiple awards
n
n
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who can confidently switch between competing priorities, remain organised under pressure, and thrive in an environment where no two days look the same.
