ACCORD CARE is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to support a participant living in Albion, Victoria. The role involves personal care, mobility, mealtime safety, medication assistance and daily living activities in a high‐responsibility workplace.

You will work with the participant, family and clinical staff, following participant‐specific support plans, swallowing guidelines and emergency procedures.
