We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers to join a major refinery operation in the Gladstone region. These positions offer a lifestyle roster, working 12-hour day and night shifts, with ongoing opportunities for candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities

- General housekeeping duties, including hosing, shovelling, and plant clean-up
n
- Rubbish and waste removal across operational areas
n
- Assisting with basic sampling activities
n
- Providing general labouring support to operational and maintenance teams
n
- Maintaining safe and clean work areas in accordance with site standards
n
- Following site procedures and safety requirements at all times
n
n
What you'll need to succeed
n
n
- Previous labouring experience in heavy industry, mining, refinery, or shutdown environments highly regarded
n
- Current Manual Driver's Licence
n
- Physically fit and capable of performing demanding manual tasks
n
- Comfortable working in a refinery environment on rotating day and night shifts
n
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
n
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within established crews
n
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
n
