As a Bartender inMarmelo, you willbe working in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace where quality, creativity and service are always the focus.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks with consistency and flair.
n
- Engage with guests in a warm, confident, and attentive manner to deliver exceptional customer service.
n
- Set up and pack down the bar each shift, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and stock readiness.
n
- Assist with stock rotation,



inventory and reporting low stock or supply needs.
n
- Stay current with bar trends, seasonal offerings and signature cocktails.
n

Requirements

n

n
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume or premium venue.
n
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktails, and bar techniques.
n
- Confident and engaging interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach
n
- Attention to detail and a passion for presentation and service excellence.
n
- Must have a valid Victorian RSA
n
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays asrequired.
n
