Overview

Kewpie is a globally recognised FMCG brand with a dominant retail presence and significant untapped opportunity across Australian foodservice. This role is central to accelerating growth through national distributor partnerships and expanding free trade volume across HORECA channels.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead and manage national distributor relationships including Bidfood, PFD, Superior, Countrywide and NAFDA members.
n
- Negotiate trading terms, pricing, and JBP's to drive profitable volume growth.
n
- Develop and execute national distributor strategies to expand foodservice penetration.
n
- Own distributor account plans, trade marketing programs, and promotional execution.
n
- Conduct QBRs, performance reporting, and commercial reviews against key KPIs.
n
- Translate market and customer insight into actionable sales, marketing, and product initiatives.
n
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and key stakeholder forums.
n

About You

n

n
- Proven experience managing foodservice distributors within the Australian B2B market.
n
- Strong commercial acumen with confidence in pricing, negotiation, and margin management.
n
- Demonstrated success driving sales growth through distributor led models.
n
- Highly capable in account planning, trade marketing execution, and performance analysis.
n
- A proactive,



self‐directed operator who builds long term partnerships and delivers outcomes.
n
- Comfortable travelling nationally as required.
n
