Role and Responsibilities

Experience in Parts Interpreting would be highly regarded; however, we also welcome applications from motivated people who are eager to learn, enjoy working with customers, and are ready to build a rewarding career in the automotive industry.

As a Parts Interpreter, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic team, responsible for:

- Identifying and interpreting automotive parts accurately and efficiently.
- Providing expert advice and assistance to customers regarding parts availability and compatibility.




- Processing parts orders and ensuring timely delivery to customers and internal departments.
- Collaborating with workshop staff to ensure parts are available for scheduled repairs and maintenance.
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving any queries or issues promptly.

Key Experience and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Interest in Automotive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer programs and systems.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
