We're looking for someone we can hand any task to, including the less glamorous ones like EMI/EMC compliance work, and trust them to own it with minimal guidance. We value hands‐on, real world engineering and manufacturing experience over pure theoretical knowledge. Ideally you've taken a product from concept through to production, not just designed one on paper. You don't need extensive years of experience, what matters most is being a self‐starter who takes initiative.
