We are on the lookout for someone who is willing to travel to The Ponds, NSW post code 2769.

Responsibilities of this role will include, but not limited to:

n

Offer companionship and emotional support to promote wellbeing and reduce loneliness.

n

Carry out light household duties such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping.

n

Monitor and record changes in clients' health or behaviour, reporting concerns promptly.

n

Maintain accurate care records and ensure dignity, privacy, and safeguarding at all times.

n

Skills, Experiences and Qualifications:.

n

Experience providing domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry,



meal preparation, and maintaining a safe home environment.

n

Experience supporting clients with transport to appointments, shopping, and social activities, promoting independence and community engagement.

n

Robust ability to accurately document services provided, record incidents, and complete reports in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.

n

Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent is a plus

n

A valid NDIS Check, or willing to obtain one

n

Current First Aid Certificate, as this is necessary to complete personal care

n

Valid police check, or is willing to obtain one

n
