About the Role

This is a key role which is pivotal to the future success of this firm. It's an opportunity to combine your robust operational level skills, experience in practice management within public practice and your passion for creating business efficiencies. You will be supported by the management team with the goal of creating a positive environment with optimal processes.

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will work closely with Partners and Managers to ensure smooth operation of the business as a whole. You will be responsible for:

- System and process optimisation (ideally using AI and automation)
- Support the day-to-day operations of the firm
- Ensure optimal business practices are implemented
- Work with management to coordinate new initiatives
- Manage documentation process
- Manage client onboarding process
- Manage external supplier relationships
- Coordination of team events

About You





You will have a strong background working in the public practice accounting industry and be someone who is skilled in improving systems and processes. Your exposure to AI and automation tools would be highly regarded. You will also have:

- Experience in practice/office management
- Strong interest in systems, technology and how they can be utilised to improve business
- Excellent organisation skills
- Experience in managing stakeholders
- A solution focused approach to your work
- Advanced Microsoft 365 and Excel skills
