Job Description

We are looking for experienced and dealer trained Motor Mechanics & Auto Electricians with European and Japanese made light vehicles and 4WDs experience for our clients in Mount Isa, QLD

In this role you will be required to but not limited to:

n

n
- Servicing and maintenance of vehicles (as per factory required standards)
n
- Diagnostic tracing of fault codes and repair of traced fault
n
- Repairing and replacing faulty wiring or electrical systems
n
- Servicing of electrical automotive parts
n
- Dismantling of engine assemblies, transmissions, steering mechanisms and other component for rebuilding or repair.
n
- Realigning and adjusting brakes, wheel laser alignment
n
- General vehicle maintenance as required by customers, including removal and replacement of worn components
n
- Testing of vehicle under driving conditions after repairs have been completed
n

The successful applicants must have:

n

n




- A current Motor Mechanic/Auto Electrician Trade Certificate or equivalent
n
- At least 1-Year of relevant employment experience is required
n
- Knowledge and experience in servicing and maintenance of Japanese/European made vehicles as well as other vehicles (Including 4WDs)
n
- Good diagnostic skills on specific brands
n
- Proven ability to work in a rapid paced environment and under pressure
n
- Good organisational skills
n
- Ability to work as part of a team
n
- Manufacturer training and experience is essential
n

We will consider skilled, experienced and company/dealer trained technicians ONLY and the shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Pay rate will be$75,000-$95,000depending on experience. Full Time permanent positions.
