We're looking for an organised, proactive and technically minded Estimator to become a key member of our team.

This is far more than just an estimating role. You'll be the technical support behind our sales team, helping customers find the right solution, preparing accurate quotations, providing recommendations and ensuring the orders move smoothly from enquiry to production.

What you'll be doing

No two days are the same, however your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing accurate quotations for custom furniture.
- Completing quantity take-offs from plans and client documentation.
- Recommending suitable products and furniture solutions.
- Providing prompt, skilled customer service via phone and email.
- Processing customer orders and preparing sales confirmations.
- Answering technical product enquiries and providing practical advice.




- Working closely with manufacturing to ensure quotations are accurate and achievable.
- Supporting our team.
- Assisting with administration and coordination during busy periods.
- Liaising with suppliers regarding products, pricing and lead times.
- Maintaining accurate records within our business systems.
- Looking for better, smarter and more efficient ways of doing things.

About You

You're someone who enjoys being organised, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in producing accurate work.

You're naturally curious, enjoy solving problems and can confidently make decisions while balancing multiple priorities.

You’ll also have:

- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks without compromising accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate documentation.
- Confidence learning new products, systems and processes.
- The ability to interpret technical information and communicate it clearly to customers.
- A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership of your work.
- A customer-first attitude and the ability to build positive working relationships.

Experience in estimating, administration, manufacturing, construction, joinery, customer service or project coordination will be highly regarded, however we're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, strong organisational skills and the ability to learn.
