We are seeking an ambitious and results‐driven Product Specialist to join our Biosurgery Team in Brisbane. The primary responsibility is to promote and sell J&J;'s Surgical/Adjunctive Haemostat products to surgeons across a wide range of specialties. This field‐based role involves engaging with specialist surgeons, key hospital decision makers, developing new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

- Promote and sell J&J;'s Surgical/Adjunctive Haemostat products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
n
- Engage with specialist surgeons and key hospital decision makers in the Brisbane Metro North and Rockhampton territories.
n
- Develop relationships and current business opportunities to increase market share.
n
- Provide in‐theatre technical support and in‐service training to ensure maximum benefit and application of our Biosurgery products.
n
- Meet and exceed sales targets and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Degree qualified.
n
- 2–3years of hospital sales experience within medical devices or pharma.
n
- Experience working in an operating theatre environment.
n
- Strong relationship‐building skills and a passion for driving commercial outcomes.
n




- Collaborative, highly organised, and able to work independently as a field‐based representative.
n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
n
- Willingness to travel domestically within the assigned territory.
n
- Right to work in Australia; reliable car and a valid driver licence required.
