About the Business SPLASH Pool Cleaning is a family-owned and operated pool service company known for reliable service, excellent communication, and robust industry knowledge. We proudly service residential pools across the North Shore and are based in West Pymble.
This role offers a great opportunity to bring your pool service experience to our growing team—or to learn from the ground up with full on-the-job training provided.

About the Role
You will be responsible for the general maintenance of residential swimming pools, including:
- Maintaining and servicing pools
- Installing and repairing pool equipment.
- Testing and balancing water chemistry.
- Providing top customer service to our clients.
- Keeping your company vehicle clean and organised.
You’ll be supported by a friendly, experienced team of pool cleaners and technicians,
and comprehensive training is available for applicants new to the industry. Benefits & Perks

Skills & Experience
- A reliable, hands-on team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Someone who enjoys working outdoors and problem-solving.
- Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- The ability to work independently when needed.
- A valid driver’s licence and the ability to lift 20kg.
- Some experience with pool maintenance or chemicals is a plus – but not essential.
