LiveBig is a specialist allied health provider. We support people with disability through therapy and assessments--at home, in the community, and via telehealth. We work across four states and nationally.
We’re currently looking for a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in Melbourne in the western region. Full-time or Part-time opportunity (minimum 3 days per week).
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with a team that shares your drive, supports your growth and values your voice.
- Provide comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment, therapy planning and clinical reporting to clients with disabilities in line with best practice and based upon sound clinical reasoning.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, updating them after each visit or interaction.
- Ensure services are provided with sensitivity to the cultural, linguistic and individual needs of clients.
- Schedule appointments and liaise with your clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary team members to ensure efficient and effective best practice.
- Deliver supports in accordance with the relevant legislation and guidelines e.g NDIS Practice Standards.

What You Bring! If you're proactive, passionate, and ready to be part of something meaningful, we’d love to hear from you. Ideal candidates have:
- NDIS Registration as a BSP (minimum core)
- Ideally 6 months+ experience in a like for like role
- A driver's licence and your own vehicle
- WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous NDIS and community experience is desirable!
