ABOUT THE ROLE
Backam Group is currently seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join a leading manufacturer of premium aluminium building and architectural products based in Minto, NSW. ? Location: Minto, NSW
? Pay Rate: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour + Super
⏰ Shift: Day Shift
? Employment: Ongoing Casual Opportunity with Temp to perm opportunity
This is an excellent chance to secure long-term employment with a reputable manufacturer operating a modern production facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Powder coating aluminium products and components
- Surface preparation and pre-treatment processes
- Hanging and unhanging materials on production lines
- Conducting quality inspections on finished products
- Maintaining production targets and deadlines
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
- General workshop and production duties as required
ABOUT YOU
You are an experienced Powder Coater who takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes and maintaining safe work practices. To be considered for this role, you must have:
✔ Previous powder coating experience
✔ Manufacturing or production environment experience
✔ Solid attention to detail and quality control
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Good communication skills and reliability
✔ Current driver's licence and reliable transport
✔ Strong commitment to workplace safety
