Our client is an established Melbourne-born contemporary fashion brand with a strong international customer following and global distribution through some of the world’s most recognised fashion retailers.

As the business strengthens its direct-to-consumer channel and broader global brand presence, they are investing in the team that will drive visibility, influence and measurable customer demand across media, creators, VIPs and commercial partners.

We are searching for a highly organised, relationship-led and commercially curious PR & Affiliates Executive/ Manager (title dependant on experience) to join the Brand & Communications function.

The Role |

Sitting across the increasingly connected worlds of PR, affiliate marketing, editorial commerce, VIP dressing and creator partnerships, this is an incredibly wide-ranging, hands-on prospect.

Working closely with the Brand Director and Social Media & Content Executive and external partners, you will help ensure the brand is consistently visible in the right places, on the right people and across the right editorial and commercial platforms.

This role suits someone who loves fashion and relationships but is equally interested in the outcome. Perfect for someone who follows opportunities through, understands what performed and continuously looks for ways to improve.

- Build and maintain relationships with fashion editors, journalists, stylists, creators, commerce editors and affiliate publishers
- Coordinate media requests, collection pitching and brand news
- Own the day-to-day coordination and development of the affiliate program




- Manage relationships across affiliate networks, publishers and editorial commerce platforms
- Grow affiliate revenue while maintaining premium brand positioning
- Develop relationships with shopping and commerce editors across relevant fashion and lifestyle publications
- Pitch product into seasonal edits, occasion dressing, vacation, swim, gift guides and new-season features
- Coordinate links, product feeds, imagery and campaign assets across affiliate partners
- Monitor affiliate performance across revenue, traffic, conversion, AOV, new customers and cost of sale
- Identify new publishers, creators and commercially valuable affiliate opportunities
- Connect creator activity with affiliate links, gifting and measurable performance
- Own day-to-day PR sample management across editorial, stylist, VIP and influencer loans
- Support celebrity and VIP dressing opportunities and respond quickly to time-sensitive stylist requests
- Assist with influencer outreach, gifting, seeding and relationship management
- Coordinate international PR agencies and external consultants
- Support events, launches, dinners, activations and press appointments
- Track media, celebrity, creator, affiliate and editorial commerce coverage
- Work cross-functionally to align PR activity with best sellers,



launches, stock priorities and international growth opportunities

The Skillset |
- Ideally 2–4+ years’ experience within PR, affiliate marketing, communications, fashion, luxury or lifestyle
- Fashion PR experience highly regarded
- Experience with affiliate networks, publishers or editorial commerce advantageous
- Exposure to platforms such as Rakuten, Impact, Commission Factory, LTK, ShopMy or similar highly regarded
- Strong understanding of fashion media, publishers, creators, influencers and stylists
- Experience supporting celebrity dressing or VIP relationships valuable
- Excellent written communication and relationship-management skills
- Highly organised with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
- Commercial curiosity and an interest in measuring the impact of PR and partnerships
- Comfortable managing multiple time-sensitive opportunities simultaneously
- Persistent, responsive, polished and resourceful
- Culturally aware with strong fashion instincts
- Collaborative while comfortable independently taking ownership
- International market experience advantageous
