A nationally recognised architecture practice in Melbourne is looking for a practice manager to play a key role in the smooth running and expansion of the studio. This is a pivotal role within the practice, and requires an experienced operations and people leader who can bring structure, team coordination and project management. You'll partner closely with in the leadership team to ensure the practice runs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee studio operations including workflows, internal systems, policies, documentation and continuous process improvement across studios nationally.

- Lead people and culture functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance cycles and HR support.

- Coordinate internal teams across finance, technology, marketing and leadership to ensure alignment.

- Champion studio-wide initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce friction and strengthen ways of working across the practice

- Responsible for ISO procedures, audits, record-keeping, and continuous improvement, and lead compliance for ISO and B Corp certification

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in practice management and studio operations, within an architecture or design-led environment.

- Qualification in architecture, design, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory depending on experience.

- Strong understanding of architectural project workflows across all stages, from concept through to delivery.





- Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

- Strong communication skills with experience working across internal teams, clients, and external consultants.
