The Principal Adviser, Custodial Operations Modernisation Group, leads and supports complex capacity management, business improvement and organisational change initiatives across Queensland’s custodial system. The role provides high-level strategic advice, analysis, reporting and stakeholder engagement to inform executive and government decision-making, manage emerging risks, and deliver sustainable capacity management outcomes.
